Website Terms

These terms govern use of the Web Made Better public website only. Any paid project is governed by a separate service agreement, covering agreed inclusions, price and schedule, that both parties accept before production begins.

Information and prices shown on the website are general in nature and current at the time of publication. They may be updated from time to time. Where a project is being scoped, the written quotation and accepted service agreement control what is included and the amount payable.

• Three one-off website packages are offered: Landing Site (A$1,200), Website Rebuild (A$2,500) and New Website (A$2,800).
• Optional Website Care is A$40 per month, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time to end future monthly service.
• All prices are quoted in AUD. Web Made Better is not registered for GST, so prices do not include a GST component.

The Free Website Demo is one private, non-production website demo prepared for a suitable prospect. Because each demo takes real production time, we can't offer one to every applicant.

• If the demo isn't right for you, no payment is due.
• If you approve the demo, the full agreed project amount is invoiced after final approval, and cleared payment is required before public launch, source-file transfer, account handover or administrative-control transfer.
• The free stage doesn't include revisions, source files, additional pages, functional commerce or checkout, third-party integrations, domain connection or publication, and the demo isn't a live client website.

• That every applicant will receive a Free Website Demo.
• Specific timing for full-website launches or milestones.
• Any level of leads, sales, enquiries or search rankings.
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of this website.

Content on the website, and any demo materials prepared before a paid agreement, remain the intellectual property of Web Made Better unless ownership is transferred under a paid agreement. Please don't copy, reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Please use the website lawfully. In particular, don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
• submit false or misleading information through the Free Website Demo form or Website Guide handoff; or
• scrape or reuse website content beyond ordinary personal browsing.

The website may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (for example hosting or email providers). Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for their content or conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
